  • Expiration: If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility & Product Condition

To qualify for a return, the product must satisfy these criteria:

  • Product Condition: The item must be New, unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, tags, and inserts must be intact and included.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order confirmation or receipt for all return requests.

3. Return Shipping Costs

We believe in clear and fair shipping policies for our customers:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, Cutbytwo will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label via email.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or the product does not meet your personal preference, the customer is fully responsible for arranging the return label and paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. How to Start a Return

To begin your return process, adhere to these steps:

  • Return method: By mail.
  • Step 1 — Contact Us: Send an email to support@clokary.store including your Order Number and a brief explanation for the return. For damaged goods, kindly attach clear photographic evidence.
  • Step 2 — Receive Instructions: Our customer care team will assess your email and get back to you within 24 hours detailing the specific return instructions.
  • Step 3 — Ship the Item: Carefully pack the product securely in its original box and mail it to our designated official facility at: 108 Bedford St, New York, NY 10014, USA

6. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Inspection: Upon arrival and inspection of your returned package at our location, we will promptly email you regarding the approval or decline of your refund request.
  • Approval: Once approved, the refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment gateway (PayPal or Venmo).
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are finalized and processed within 7 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require extra time to display the funds in your account.
  • Currency: Every transaction and refund is executed in US Dollars ($).

7. Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Exchanges: Yes, we accept exchanges. To get a different item quickly, simply return your initial purchase and place a fresh order after the return is successfully approved.
