At Clokary, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you wish to return an item for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused and in its original packaging.
- All tags, instructions, and inserts must be intact.
- The receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at clokary.store@gmail.com.
- Cost: We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items and arrange a free replacement or full refund.
4. Change of Mind (Customer Remorse)
If you purchased the wrong item, it doesn't fit your space, or you simply no longer want it:
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the actual shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fee.
5. Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- Timeline: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
