Answer: No! We provide Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
Question #4: What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective clock?
Answer: We apologize if this happens. Since our products are fragile, rare shipping damage can occur. If your clock arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We will send a replacement free of charge or offer a full refund.

Question #10: Do your clocks come with batteries?
Answer: Due to shipping safety regulations, batteries are not included. We recommend using a standard Carbon-Zinc AA battery for the best performance and longevity of the clock mechanism.
Question #11: Do you accept bulk orders for businesses?
Answer: Yes, we accept bulk orders for offices, hotels, or interior designers. Please contact our support team for custom quotes.

Answer: Currently, Clokary ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.
